Daily Deep Work Sessions: 90 minutes of uninterrupted deep work, guided by clear goals and accountability. First thing in the morning.
Goal Check-ins: Access a robust goal setting framework that we will all use together to track progress and hold each other accountable.
Weekly Progress Reviews: Reflect on your goals with the cohort... we've all got each-other's back.
Hot Seat: Share your wins and challenges with the group. Get feedback, insights, and fresh perspectives.
Digital Detox: Break the habit of quick dopamine from social media and other distractions. Replace it with meaningful work.
What To Expect
Monday to Friday, 5:30am - 7:00am (your new favorite time of day)
5:30am: Goal-Setting Check-In
5:40am: 70-minute individual deep work session (time to work on your own projects)
6:50am: Hot seat + quick wrap-up (optional)
Accountability Partners: Weekly goal reviews with your partner to keep you on track.
Asynchronous Check-ins: Share and review weekly goals with the group outside of the morning sessions.
Clear Results: Leave with a solid morning routine, accountability practices, improved business systems, a cleanse from digital distractions and a plan to keep going.
Time to Lock In: Carve out time for yourself in the earlier hours of the morning. Choose to wake up a bit earlier and add your own wellness, mobility or movement routines as well.
